Space Size: 10 x 10 feet Cost for Day space: $50.00

A $50.00 per space deposit must accompany application. Balance is due prior to or at time of move-in. Check in at office on
arrival or before move-in. Prepaid spaces may be assigned in advance. All other spaces will eb assigned on a first-come
first-serve basis. We will do our best to accommodate your request, if the space is availale. Sellers are responsible to
report and pay their own State sales tax. One-day seller permits may be obtained from the State of California Board of
Equalization. Contact them at 209 445-5763. This agreement covers both of these events.
Setup times are on Thursday after 12:00Pm and Friday. Bring your own props. NO tables, umbrellas, electricity, etc. will be
provided. Shade is limited, so bring your own.
Absolutely NO alcohol/drugs on premises. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Children must remain with their
parents or persons with whom they arrived at all times while at the market. Pets--
The Madera County leash law must be
observed. All pets must have current vaccinations and be on a leash at all times.
Food vendors must display their Madera County Permit ($200.00 for all 3 days). All merchandise to be sold must be
approved byt the show manager
We have limited electric capabilities; if you need it, there will be a $10.00 per day charge.
Report all traffic problems or hazards to management or staff immediately. (All Vendors must park in the designated
vendor parking area.)
Campers must be self-contained. Vendor vehicles other than campers or R.V.'s used for living purposes during the
Market, must be parked in the designated Vendor Parking Area. No fires will be allowed. Be careful of cigarettes in the
dry grass. Spaces must be kept clean and booths maintained in an attractive manner. All fire, health, safety and other laws
and regulations applicable to the use of such space must be abided by.
Clean up all materials you brought and take them with you. Sellers will be charged a clean-up fee in the event that
this does not take place. No boxes or unsold goods may be left on the premises. Pack it in--pack it out!
Sellers will be responsible and liable for the care of their own merchandise, helpers and emplayees.
In the event that the Market is cancled, only the prepaid space fees (less the non-refundable $50.00 deposit) will be
refunded. There are no other liabilities for loss applicable to the promoters of this event.
Your use of the space must comply with all Federal, State, and Madera County ordinances and laws, in addition to this
Markets rules. This afreement shall not constitute a rental of space, but shall constitute onlay a revocable license to use
booth space on the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR SHINE.

and hold harmless the Coarsegold Peddlers Market, Richard and Diane Boland, and other property owners free from
