Now at the Coarsegold Historic Village you can pan for real gold and gems.    Your host Rattlesnake Rick is a seasoned prospector.   He'll show you the ropes and have you panning like a pro in no time.   Rick also maintains a well stocked shop packed full with all the equipment a prospector needs.  Inside you'll find books about panning, sluce boxes, pans, dredges and metal detectors.  You'll also find a unique assortment of gold, rare coins, gifts, and cards too.
