A $50.00 per space deposit must accompany this application. Balance is due prior to or at time of move in.
Check in at office on arrival or before move-in. One (1) year pre-paid spaces are assigned in advance. All
other spaces will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Sellers are responsible to report and pay their
own State Sales Tax. One-day seller’s permits may be obtained from the State of California Board of
Equalization. 209 445-5763.
Set up times are 6:00AM – 8:00AM (or Friday night before). Bring your own props. NO tables, umbrellas,
electricity, etc. will be provided. Shade is limited, so bring your own. Vendors can stay through Sunday.
Vendors must be kept set up until close of event No tear down of booths until close of event and all children
have left.
QUIET TIME IS FROM 10:00PM TO 7:00AM EACH NIGHT.
There will be absolutely NO alcohol or drugs on premises. Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times. Children
must remain with their parents or persons with whom they arrived at all times. Pets – The Madera County leash
law must be observed. Pets must have current vaccinations and licenses.
Food Vendors must display their Madera County Health Permit. All Merchandise to be sold must be approved
by the show manager.
We have limited electric capabilities; there will be a $20.00 per day charge. The $20.00 electric fee is to be
prepaid in advance.
Please use the waste cans or dumpsters for your trash. Please, if you pack it in, pack it out. No cardboard
boxes or unsold items to be left on site or you will be charged a $50.00 clean up fee.
Sellers will be responsible and liable for the care of their own merchandise, their helpers and employees.
Management is not responsible for loss or stolen merchandise or property.
In the event that the market is canceled, only the prepaid space fees less the non-refundable $50.00 deposit
will be refunded. Vendor losses of any kind are not the responsibility of the operators of this event.
Your use of the space must be in compliance with all Federal, State and Madera Count y ordinances and laws.
This agreement shall not constitute a rental of space, but shall constitute only a revocable license to use booth
space on the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. THIS EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE RAIN OR
SHINE.
Seller agrees and understands to abide to all of the rules of the Coarsegold Peddlers Market. Sellers agree to
indemnify and hold harmless the Coarsegold Peddlers Market, Coarsegold Historical Village, Richard or Diane
Boland, Don Baker and the estate of David Baker, Joe Smith and any other property owners, and any event
Sponsor or Sponsors free from liability for any loss or injury resulting from attendance or participation at this
event.
In the event of legal dispute the prevailing party shall be reimbursed for all legal costs.
UPON ARRIVAL, PLEASE, CHECK IN TO FILL OUT YOUR STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION FORM AND PAY
YOUR BALANCE DUE. ALL VENDORS MUST CHECK IN BEFORE GOING TO A SPACE. PLEASE, HAVE
STATE BOARD NUMBER AND LICENSE PLATE OF CARS & TRUCK AND TRAILERS WITH YOU AT CHECK IN.
